Full private access to Swan Villa 1 through its own private entrance: pool, garden, living room, dining area, kitchen, both bedrooms with ensuites. The garden gate to Swan Villa 2 stays locked unless both villas are booked together, in which case it opens to share the compound.

Indah, our villa manager, greets you at the villa when you arrive and shows you around. From then on the team is on site daily for housekeeping and security, and Indah is reachable for transport, restaurant bookings, tours or anything else you need. Available whenever you want them; otherwise the villa is fully yours.

✓ Good to know:
• There is an exterior security camera at the entrance, for the security of the property and your vehicle. It covers the entrance area only — no view of the pool, the garden, the interior or any bedroom or bathroom. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the villa.
• The ocean is visible from the villa and sits about 500m away — a view, not a beachfront address. Batubelig Beach is a five-minute walk.
• There is no washing machine in the villa and no laundry service; there is a laundromat nearby.
• TVs are in both bedrooms. There is no TV in the living room.
• The living, dining and kitchen area is open-air and faces the garden and pool, so there is no air conditioning there — AC is in both bedrooms. It stays comfortable with the breeze, but if you want a fully enclosed, air-conditioned living room this is not that villa.
