Travelling as a larger group? Swan Villa 1 connects to Swan Villa 2 next door via a garden gate — book both for a 4-bedroom compound with two pools.

Swan Villa 1 sits next to Swan Villa 2 in the same compound. When both villas are booked together, a garden gate opens to give 4 bedrooms, two pools, and one shared garden — ideal for multi-family groups or friend trips who want togetherness on demand and full privacy when they want it.

Full private access to Swan Villa 1: pool, garden, living room, dining area, kitchen, both bedrooms with ensuites. The garden gate to Swan Villa 2 stays locked unless both villas are booked together, in which case it opens to share the compound.
A villa team is on-site daily — daily housekeeping, gardener, and security. A personal guest assistant is on call for transport, restaurant bookings, tours, or anything else. Available throughout your stay; otherwise the villa is fully yours.
Petitenget — Seminyak's most characterful neighbourhood, between Seminyak's energy and Canggu's laid-back cool.
Petitenget Beach is around 10 minutes' walk, Batubelig Beach 5 minutes on foot.

2. Please switch off the AC when leaving the villa - we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness.
3. For security and comfort, overnight stays are limited to registered guests only.
4. The villa is non-smoking indoors. You're welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas. Smoking inside will result in a $250 deep-cleaning fee.
5. The villa is designed for relaxed stays and is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
6. Families are very welcome. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times, especially around the pool. If you need a babysitter, we're happy to arrange one — just let us know in advance.
7. Check-in and check-out times vary by villa. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know - we'll always do our best to accommodate.
8. Our team is here to make your stay effortless. We ask that all guests treat them with kindness and respect. In rare cases of inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to end the stay without refund.

Plans can change, and we're happy to offer flexibility where possible.
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with no fees, as long as your stay has not started.
- Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your villa payment, less a 3.5% payment processing fee.
- Cancel 15–29 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 days, with the exact timing depending on your bank.
