About this villa.
The Chands Two is a private two-bedroom villa set right on the sand at Batu Belig Beach, on the quieter coastal edge of Seminyak. It opens onto a large terrace with your own sea-view pool, sunbeds and a shaded bale – the kind of place where you take a slow breakfast, swim, and stay for the sunset. Part of the small gated Chands complex, it’s made for families or couples who want beachfront with a little life nearby, not total seclusion.
Both bedrooms are bright and spacious, blending Balinese touches with a contemporary finish – king beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with a rain shower and large stone bathtub. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace. One bedroom has its own separate entrance – handy for two couples, worth knowing if you’re travelling with young children.
Wooden decking links the rooms to the private pool (6.3 x 3.7 m, 1.35 m deep), framed by tropical greenery with sunbeds and a shaded bale. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area sits behind full-height windows with sea views; the kitchen is fully equipped, or order from the in-villa room-service menu. As part of the Chands complex you also have a shared gym, an in-house spa room, 24-hour security and a scheduled shuttle into Seminyak.

Cancellation policy
Plans can change, and we're happy to offer flexibility where possible.
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with no fees, as long as your stay has not started.
- Cancel more than 90 days before arrival and receive an 80% refund of your villa payment, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancel 60–89 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 days, with the exact timing depending on your bank.

Is The Chands Two good for families or groups?
Absolutely. Two en-suite king bedrooms comfortably sleep five, and we can set up a pool fence, baby cot and high chair on request - just ask when you book. One bedroom has its own separate entrance, which couples sharing the villa love and is handy to know if you're travelling with little ones.
How close are the beach and Seminyak's restaurants?
You're right on Batu Belig Beach - about a minute's stroll to the sand, with beach clubs and warungs on your doorstep. Central Seminyak's restaurants and boutiques are a short drive or a hop on the complex shuttle, and Canggu is an easy trip too.
What's included when I book?

How many nights do I need to book?
Two nights minimum for most of the year (three in high season, four over the peak holidays). Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we'll sort the best direct rate.
Is the pool private, and is it safe for kids?
Yes - it's your own sea-view pool (6.3 x 3.7 m), not shared. For families with toddlers we can fit a pool fence on request, so everyone can relax by the water.
