About this villa.
Villa Alun is a three-bedroom house on Gang Pelangi, a residential lane off Jalan Batu Belig. It is small enough to feel like a house rather than a compound, and close enough to the beach that you can walk there — about ten minutes, which is unusual for a villa with its own pool and garden at this end of Seminyak.
The pool sits in the middle, edged in pale stone with sun loungers along one side and a thatched bale at the far end. The bale holds a dining table for four and a turquoise daybed, and a barbecue station is built into the wall beside it. Most of the day happens out here.
Inside, the ground floor is one bright open room — a blue sectional sofa and Smart TV at one end, a dining table for six and an open kitchen at the other, glazed to the garden on two sides. The ground-floor bedroom opens straight onto the pool. Two more bedrooms sit upstairs, each with its own balcony over the water.
The best room in the house is a bathroom. The ground-floor en-suite runs out into an open-air court where a freestanding stone tub stands between planting beds, under timber louvres open to the sky, with a rain shower behind glass.
Three bedrooms, three en-suites. The ground-floor bedroom has a king bed, a dressing table and a Smart TV, and full-height glass that slides open onto the pool. Its en-suite is the largest in the house: a double vanity and walk-in rain shower inside, opening into an open-air court with a freestanding stone bathtub set among planting and river stones.
Upstairs are two mirror-image rooms either side of the landing. One has a queen bed, the other two singles that can be joined into a king. Both have a built-in window seat, a wall-mounted TV, air conditioning and an en-suite with a vessel basin and walk-in rain shower — showers only, no tub. Each opens onto its own balcony above the pool, level with the frangipani trees.
The living room takes the front of the ground floor, glazed to the garden on two sides, with a blue sectional sofa, a Smart TV and a stereo. The dining table seats six under a caged pendant light, and the kitchen behind it is fully equipped — white stone counters, breakfast bar with timber stools, gas hob and extractor, full fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a separate guest toilet off the stairs, so nobody has to go through a bedroom to reach a bathroom.
Outside, the pool is 6 × 4 m in a 500 m² garden of lawn, frangipani and stepping stones. The bale at the end of the pool has a dining table and daybed under a shingle roof; the barbecue and prep counter sit under a pergola beside it.
Four staff look after the villa, with daily housekeeping, breakfast cooked each morning, pool maintenance, a gardener and daily security. There is a back-up generator, a safe, free private parking, and Wi-Fi throughout.
Other things to note
Only the ground-floor bedroom has a bathtub. The two upstairs en-suites have walk-in rain showers only. Neither Villa Finder’s listing nor the villa’s own page mentions this, so we are saying it plainly — if the tub matters, ask for the ground-floor room.
Villa Finder lists a maximum of seven guests. We quote six: a king, a queen and two singles, two people per room. If you need a seventh bed, ask us before booking and we will confirm what is possible.
Daily breakfast is included and cooked in the villa. Lunch and dinner can be arranged with the staff at extra cost. There is no dedicated in-house chef on the villa’s service list, unlike some of our other Villa Finder villas.
Airport transfer is quoted inconsistently across the sources we have — one says a car on arrival is included, another says the price varies. Rather than promise the wrong thing, ask us for the transfer rate when you book and we will confirm it in writing.
There is a bar nearby, and the villa’s own listing notes that some noise can carry to the pool area in the evening. It is a lively part of Batu Belig — worth knowing if you are travelling with small children or you are a light sleeper.
Minimum stay is two nights in low and mid-high season, four in high season and five over Christmas and New Year. Scooters, bicycles, a car and a driver can all be arranged.

Where you'll stay.
Get directions →Villa Alun is on Gang Pelangi, a small lane off Jalan Batu Belig in Kerobokan Kelod — the strip between Seminyak and Canggu. Batu Belig Beach is 664 m on foot, about ten minutes, past the beach clubs at the end of the road. That walkability is the point of this address.
Canggu is closer than Seminyak’s centre: Berawa is 1.8 km, Potato Head and the Petitenget beach clubs 3.1 km, Seminyak Village 3.8 km, Ku De Ta 4.3 km. All are five to ten minutes by scooter. So you get Seminyak’s restaurants and Canggu’s cafés from the same base, without sitting in either one’s traffic.
The lane itself is residential and quiet by day. Ngurah Rai airport is 16.4 km — allow forty minutes to an hour depending on traffic.

Questions, answered.
How many people does Villa Alun sleep?
Six. A king bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs rooms — one queen, one with two single beds that can be joined into a king. Villa Finder lists a maximum of seven; ask us before you book if you need a seventh bed and we will confirm what can be arranged.
Do all the bedrooms have a bathtub?
No — only the ground-floor king bedroom. Its en-suite opens into an open-air court with a freestanding stone bathtub and a rain shower. The two upstairs en-suites have walk-in rain showers only. Tell us if the tub matters and we will note the room preference.
How far is the beach?
Batu Belig Beach is 664 m from the door, about a ten-minute walk down the lane and along Jalan Batu Belig. The beach clubs at the end of the road are the same walk. This is one of the few villas of this size in the area where the beach is genuinely walkable rather than a scooter ride.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Daily breakfast is included and cooked in the villa by the staff. Lunch and dinner can be arranged with them at extra cost, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you would rather cook.
Is it close to Seminyak or to Canggu?
Both, and Canggu is marginally closer. Berawa is 1.8 km, Potato Head and Petitenget 3.1 km, Seminyak Village 3.8 km — all under ten minutes by scooter. Batu Belig sits between the two, which is why it works well if your group wants both.
What is the cancellation policy?
Villa Alun follows the standard Villa Finder policy. We will confirm the exact figures on your booking confirmation before any payment is taken.
