Travel plans change — we get it. Here is how cancellations work, what to do if something unexpected comes up, and when refunds apply.
When can I cancel for free?
You can cancel for free within 48 hours of confirming your booking.
What is the refund structure after that?
If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in: 50% of your booking is refunded.
If you cancel within 30 days of check-in: the booking is non-refundable.
Can I change my dates instead of cancelling?
Date changes are usually possible at no charge, subject to availability — especially if you are moving dates within the same month. Message us early and we will do our best.
How quickly do refunds arrive?
Refunds land in your account within 3–5 working days after we process them, depending on your bank.
What if something unexpected happens — illness, family emergency, a natural event?
We always recommend booking travel insurance to cover these situations. That said, if something serious comes up, talk to us. We cannot always offer a refund, but we will do our best to find a workable solution — moving dates, partial credit toward a future stay, or whatever makes sense. Please reach out early.
I booked through Airbnb or Booking.com — does this policy apply?
No — bookings made through third-party platforms follow that platform’s cancellation terms, not ours.
What happens if I am a no-show or arrive very late?
A no-show is treated as a cancellation within 30 days — non-refundable. If you are going to be late, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
I am on a long-term rental — does this apply?
Long-term rentals (monthly or yearly) follow separate terms outlined in your booking agreement. Reach out directly if you need to discuss changes.
