Villa Reviva is a three-bedroom house with a private pool on Jalan Bali Deli, a side street in the middle of Seminyak. It is a compact villa — 200 m² of building on 300 m² of garden — and that is the point of it: everything is a short walk or a five-minute ride, and the airport is under ten kilometres away.

The three bedrooms are the reason to book it. All three are queen rooms, all three have their own en-suite, and all three open onto a balcony or a patio. One is on the ground floor beside the pool, the other two upstairs. For three couples, or friends splitting a villa evenly, that matters more than square metres — there is no smaller back room and no shared bathroom.

Downstairs is one open-plan room — living, dining and kitchen together, air-conditioned but with bifold doors that fold right back onto the terrace. The pool runs the length of the courtyard beside it, with loungers and bean bags on the paving and banana palms along the boundary.

A cook is on staff, so breakfast is made in the villa and lunch or dinner can be arranged.

Three bedrooms, three en-suites, each with a queen bed, a Smart TV, air conditioning and wardrobe space. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor; bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs. Each opens onto its own balcony or patio. The en-suites have showers — there is no bathtub in this villa.

Living, dining and kitchen are one open-plan room with a ceiling fan and air conditioning, running the width of the ground floor. A long timber table with banquette seating doubles as the dining table; the kitchen sits along the back wall with a gas hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Full-height bifold doors open the whole room onto the pool terrace.

Outside, a long pool runs the length of the courtyard between the building and a planted border, with sun loungers, bean bags and a thatched parasol on the terrace. The upstairs bedrooms share a covered balcony with seating above it. There is a parking area at the front. The plot is 300 m² of garden around 200 m² of building — a town villa rather than an estate.

Three staff look after the property with a gardener and pool maintenance. A cook prepares breakfast; lunch and dinner can be arranged at extra cost. In-villa massage can be booked. Housekeeping runs three times a week rather than daily.
