About this villa.
Villa Alice Dua is the neighbouring villa to Alice Satu, on the same quiet lane in Seminyak’s Oberoi district. It is a standalone two-bedroom house with its own pool, its own garden and its own front door — no shared walls, no shared lawn.
The garden is the draw here. A long stretch of lawn runs the length of the plot, edged with palms and heliconia, with a bean-shaped pool and a shallow end for children. A white pavilion with drapes stands at the water’s edge over a daybed, and sun loungers line the grass. The living pavilion sits open-sided under a high pitched roof — deep pale sofas facing the garden, a long dark dining table, and a kitchen with a bar counter and open timber shelving.
Both bedrooms have canopied four-poster kings and open through glass doors onto the lawn. The en-suites are the part people remember: sunken black granite tubs set into semi-outdoor courtyards planted with bamboo, alongside separate rain showers and stone vanities. Mosquito nets are fitted.
Breakfast is included, and the floating breakfast on a rattan tray in the pool can be arranged. Parking is private and covered, and there is a back-up generator. Villa Alice Satu is next door, and the two are let together as Alice Estate when a group needs four bedrooms.
The living pavilion is open-sided under a high pitched roof, with white drapes on the garden side and a deep pale sofa and daybed arrangement facing out. A long dark dining table sits beside it under the same roof, backed by open timber shelving and woven Balinese basket art.
The kitchen runs along one side with a dark stone counter, a bar counter with stools, a full range and oven, a large fridge and generous prep space.
Outside, the lawn runs the length of the plot with a bean-shaped pool set into it and a shallow end for children. A white curtained pavilion stands over a daybed at the water’s edge, and black sun loungers line the grass under palms. A second white pergola shades a daybed further along.
Both bedrooms are king rooms with canopied four-poster frames, air conditioning, mosquito nets and full-height glass onto the garden. Each has a huge semi-outdoor en-suite: a sunken black granite tub set into a bamboo-planted courtyard, a separate rain shower behind glass, and a stone vanity with a mirror.
Parking is private and covered under a planted overhang. The villa has a back-up generator, and a staff team covering housekeeping, gardening, pool service and night security.
Other things to note
Villa Alice Dua is also let as a one-bedroom villa at a lower rate. We list the full two-bedroom villa; ask us if you want the smaller option.
The villa sleeps four adults in two king bedrooms, which matches Villa Finder’s own maximum.
Breakfast is included and cooked in the villa. A floating breakfast in the pool can be arranged on request. A chef can cook lunch and dinner, charged at cost plus a service fee, and massages can be arranged in the villa.
Airport transfers, cars, drivers, scooters and bicycles are all available — ask us for current rates rather than assuming a transfer is included, as the terms vary.
Minimum stay is two nights for most of the year, rising to three nights in high season and over the Christmas and New Year period.
Peak-season pricing over Christmas and New Year is slightly higher here than at Villa Alice Satu next door; the rest of the year the two are priced the same.

Where you'll stay.
Get directions →Villa Alice Dua is on a quiet lane in the Oberoi district, the stretch of Seminyak between Jalan Kayu Aya — Eat Street — and Seminyak Square. Eat Street is about three minutes on foot, and Seminyak Square is a similar walk, which means dinner and the boutiques are a stroll rather than a drive. Ku De Ta and Seminyak Beach are roughly fifteen minutes’ walk, or a few minutes by car. Petitenget and its restaurants sit five minutes north. Ngurah Rai airport is 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. The lane itself carries almost no through traffic, which is what keeps the bedrooms quiet.

Questions, answered.
How many people does Villa Alice Dua sleep?
Four adults across two bedrooms, each with a canopied king bed and its own semi-outdoor en-suite. That matches Villa Finder's stated maximum of four.
How far is the beach?
Seminyak Beach and Ku De Ta are roughly a fifteen-minute walk, or a few minutes by car. Jalan Kayu Aya — Eat Street — is about three minutes on foot, and Seminyak Square is a similar walk.
What is the difference between Alice Dua and Alice Satu?
They are neighbouring standalone villas of the same size — 260 m² of building on a 240 m² garden, two king bedrooms each. Alice Dua has the longer lawn, a bean-shaped pool and a curtained pavilion over the water; Alice Satu has a free-form pool and a pergola daybed. Prices match except over Christmas and New Year, when Alice Dua is slightly higher.
What is the cancellation policy?
Villa Alice Dua follows the standard Villa Finder policy: 20% is charged for cancellations 90 or more days before arrival, 50% between 60 and 89 days, and 100% within 59 days, plus a USD 200 administration fee.
Can we take both villas?
Yes. Alice Satu and Alice Dua are let together as Alice Estate — four bedrooms, two pools, two kitchens and two living pavilions for a group of eight. Booking the estate blocks both villas automatically, so there is no risk of someone else taking the one next door.
Is the villa suitable for children?
The lawn is large and enclosed and the pool has a shallow end. A pool fence, cot, high chair and babysitter are available on request, and mosquito nets are fitted in both bedrooms. There is no separate kids' room, so a family of four would use both bedrooms.
