Villa Madissa is a brand-new three-bedroom sanctuary in Berawa, Canggu, built over two storeys in a clean, minimalist white style warmed by rattan and timber and personal Balinese touches. It sleeps six in three king ensuite bedrooms and centres on an open-plan ground floor that flows to a lap pool — five minutes from the beach and Finn’s Beach Club.

- Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with no fees, as long as your stay has not started.
- Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your villa payment, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee and a 3.5% payment processing fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 days, with the exact timing depending on your bank.
