Villa Desa Roro – 5-Bedroom Villa in Berawa, Bali

Villa Desa Roro is a five-bedroom estate hidden at the end of a quiet private lane in Berawa, where three traditional Balinese pavilions wrap around a 12-metre pool and lush tropical gardens. With generous communal spaces and plenty of private corners, it’s built for extended families or groups of friends who want room to spread out — while staying minutes from Canggu’s restaurants, cafes and beach clubs.

✓ THE SPACE
Set across roughly 700 m² of buildings within a 1,000 m² garden, the villa sleeps up to ten guests in five air-conditioned ensuite king bedrooms spread across three pavilions.

✓ POOL & OUTDOOR
A 12 x 5-metre pool sits at the heart of the villa, ringed by a sociable wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. An elevated mini yoga studio behind the master is a quiet spot for a morning practice over the water.

✓ LIVING & DINING
The open-sided joglo living pavilion overlooks the pool, garden and lotus pond, furnished with two sofas and a collection of Indonesian art and artefacts. A solid teak table seats six, beside a modern kitchen with a wine fridge and full appliances. A second living area in the third pavilion adds more space to gather, with vintage board games on hand.

✓ BEDROOMS
All five bedrooms have king beds draped in mosquito nets, ensuite bathrooms with walk-in rain showers and antique-ceramic basins. The master occupies its own pavilion with a bathtub, a private massage table and a reclaimed-wood desk, reached over a walkway above the pond or through sliding doors from the pool deck. Two rooms in the main pavilion open to a private terrace or look onto the lotus pond; two more share a pavilion with their own lounge.

✓ SERVICES
A team of six staff looks after daily housekeeping and is on hand throughout your stay; airport transfer is included on arrival (up to two cars). A private chef, in-villa massage, yoga and babysitting can all be arranged.

✓ GETTING AROUND
Berawa Beach and Finn’s Beach Club are under a 15-minute walk, a top yoga studio is around the corner, and Seminyak’s restaurants and nightlife are about 20 minutes by car.

The whole estate is yours — all three pavilions, both living areas, the kitchen, the pool deck, the yoga studio and the gardens.

SERVICE

A team of six Balinese staff handles daily housekeeping and can arrange almost anything: a private chef and in-villa dining, poolside massages, yoga sessions, a car and driver, day trips, and baby gear. Airport pickup is included on arrival (up to two cars).
