We had a good stay at Villa La Bumbak overall. The villa is comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the open-space living, kitchen, and dining area. A few things that could be improved: since the villa is right next to the road and the living/kitchen/dining area is open to the outside, it can be a little noisy at times. It would also be helpful to have a small trash bin in each bedroom, as currently there are bins only in the bathrooms and kitchen. We also noticed that the main fridge compartment (not the freezer) wasn’t cooling properly during our stay. Adding hand soap at the kitchen sink would also be helpful, especially since we spent quite a bit of time in the open-space area. Pierre, who was our contact through Airbnb, and Achie, who coordinated with us via WA during our stay, were both very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Thank you!

6. Families are very welcome. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times, especially around the pool. If you need a babysitter, we're happy to arrange one — just let us know in advance.
7. Check-in and check-out times vary by villa. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know - we'll always do our best to accommodate.
8. Our team is here to make your stay effortless. We ask that all guests treat them with kindness and respect. In rare cases of inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to end the stay without refund.
