Villa Kubu Dewi Sri is a five-bedroom estate on the edge of the Berawa rice fields in Canggu – big, green and quiet, but a five-minute drive from Finn’s and the beach. It’s built for groups and families who want space and full service: an 18-metre pool, a spa room and yoga space, two living areas, and a nine-person team including a private chef, butlers and a car with driver. Balinese architecture with high vaulted ceilings, large windows and manicured gardens on every side.
All five bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned, each with a king bed and a Smart TV, and each opening onto the garden or pool.
There are two living areas – one open-plan that flows straight out to the pool, and a second enclosed, air-conditioned lounge for cooler afternoons or a movie with the kids. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an in-house chef; meals are served at the large indoor dining table or in the traditional Balinese gazebo by the pool. Outside, the 18 x 3.5 m pool (1-1.7 m deep) sits in 1,200 m2 of manicured garden with a bar area, a professional BBQ, sun loungers, massage tables and a treadmill. A dedicated spa room and a yoga space round out the wellness side.

Plans can change, and we're happy to offer flexibility where possible.
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with no fees, as long as your stay has not started.
- Cancel more than 90 days before arrival and receive an 80% refund of your villa payment, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancel 60–89 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 days, with the exact timing depending on your bank.

Is Villa Kubu Dewi Sri good for big groups or families?
Yes - it's built for it. Five king en-suite bedrooms sleep ten, there's an 18-metre pool with a shallow end, and a nine-person team including a private chef looks after everything. We can add a pool fence, baby cot and high chair on request.
What wellness facilities are there?
A dedicated spa room with massage services, a yoga space, and a treadmill by the pool. In-villa massage and yoga sessions can be arranged - just ask when you book.
What's included when I book?

How close are the beach and Canggu's restaurants?
You're on the Berawa side of Canggu - Finn's Recreation Club is a 5-minute drive, Berawa Beach and the surf are close by, and Canggu's cafes plus the Petitenget restaurants are a short drive either direction.
How many nights do I need to book?
Three nights minimum for most of the year, rising to four or five in high season and seven over the Christmas and New Year peak. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we'll sort the best direct rate.
Is the pool private and safe for kids?
Yes - it's your own 18 x 3.5 m pool (1 to 1.7 m deep), not shared, set in a large private garden. For families with toddlers we can fit a pool fence on request.
