M Villa 318 is a five-bedroom villa in the heart of Canggu, a five-minute walk from Batu Bolong Beach and right across the road from ZIN Cafe, with La Brisa, The Lawn and Echo Beach all close by. It’s an easy, indoor-outdoor place built around a private pool and a covered lounge – good for a group of friends or two families who want Canggu’s cafes, surf and beach clubs on the doorstep. Daily breakfast and a four-person team are included, and the beach-town extras (bikes, scooters, a shuttle) are on hand.
The five bedrooms are all en-suite and air-conditioned, each with a king bed, a ceiling fan and its own bathroom. They’re split across two buildings: two master bedrooms in the main house, and three further bedrooms in a separate pavilion beside the pool – handy for a group that wants a bit of separation.
The open-plan living area opens straight out to the deck, with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area; there’s also an enclosed, air-conditioned lounge. Outside, the 9 x 4 m pool (1.5 m deep) is framed by a wooden deck with sun loungers and tropical greenery, plus a covered poolside lounge and a shaded dining table with a BBQ.

- Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with no fees, as long as your stay has not started.
- Cancel more than 90 days before arrival and receive an 80% refund of your villa payment, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancel 60–89 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 days, with the exact timing depending on your bank.

Is M Villa 318 good for groups or two families?
Yes - it's set up for it. Five king en-suite bedrooms sleep ten, split as two masters in the main house and three more in a poolside pavilion, so groups get a bit of separation. We can add a pool fence, baby cot and high chair on request.
How close is the beach?
About a five-minute walk (roughly 200 m) to Batu Bolong / Canggu Beach, with ZIN Cafe across the road and La Brisa, The Lawn and Echo Beach all within a short stroll.
What's included when I book?

How many nights do I need to book?
Two nights minimum for most of the year, rising to three in high season and five over the Christmas and New Year peak. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we'll sort the best direct rate.
Is the pool private and safe for kids?
Yes - it's your own 9 x 4 m pool (1.5 m deep), not shared, with a wooden deck and a covered lounge alongside. For families with toddlers we can fit a pool fence on request.
What's the bedroom layout?
Two master bedrooms sit in the main house and three more are in a separate pavilion beside the pool. All five are king rooms, air-conditioned and en-suite.
