A modern two-bedroom villa for monthly or yearly rent in a quiet, green part of Munggu, close to Seseh and Pererenan but away from the Canggu traffic. White walls, arched windows and warm timber run through the house, with a private plunge pool in a walled courtyard and a rooftop terrace with a shaded daybed.

The ground floor is open-plan and air-conditioned: a living room with a large sofa, a dining table and a kitchen with a gas hob and fridge, all opening to the courtyard. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and desks, and there are three bathrooms in total. The villa is fully furnished for up to four people, with high-speed WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, a private water filtration system and scooter parking. The small complex has 24-hour security with CCTV, and there is no construction nearby. No pets.

Housekeeping twice a week, a weekly linen and towel change, pool and garden maintenance, WiFi, the banjar fee, rubbish collection and security are all included; electricity is paid separately. Minimum stay one month, and a six-month upfront option is also available — ask us.

Omni, Session Coffee and Sister Anne Cafe are about 3–5 minutes away, Pepito Market Pererenan 5–7, and Seseh Beach roughly 10 minutes by scooter. La Brisa and COMO Beach Club are around 12–15 minutes, Finns about 15–18, and Ngurah Rai airport roughly 50–60 minutes by car.
