A boho 3-bedroom villa for monthly or yearly rent in Batu Bolong, a minute's ride from Bali Social Club and about ten minutes by bike from Batu Bolong Beach. Macramé wall hangings, rattan pendants, timber furniture and a plant-filled garden give it the feel of a home you'd want to stay in, not a rental. A private pool with a timber sun deck sits at its heart, and it sleeps up to six.

An open living pavilion — sofa, flat-screen TV and dining — opens straight to the pool and garden, with a fully equipped kitchen alongside. For yearly tenants, the owner is open to installing a glass door to enclose the living and kitchen area on request. All three bedrooms are en-suite, each with its own boho styling, and air-conditioning runs throughout. Towels and linens are provided, and there is free on-site parking.

On the monthly rate everything is covered: electricity, WiFi, trash and banjar, housekeeping three times a week, pool and garden care twice a week, and weekly linen laundry.

IDR 45,000,000 per month, one-month minimum. The yearly rate is IDR 400,000,000 with trash and banjar included; utilities and services are arranged separately.

Set in a quiet residential pocket close to Canggu's main strip of bars, cafés and restaurants, with places to eat and drink around the corner.
