Villa Yoga is one of central Seminyak’s best-kept secrets: a seven-bedroom estate hidden down a quiet lane off Jl. Raya Basangkasa, spread across 1,400 m² of mature tropical garden. Behind the gate the noise of Seminyak disappears. What’s left is a 15-metre pool running the length of the lawn, an open-sided yoga bale under a soaring alang-alang roof, and enough room for fourteen adults to spend a week without ever queuing for a bathroom.

The villa suits the groups that are hardest to house — two or three families travelling together, a milestone birthday, a yoga or wellness retreat. Seven en-suite bedrooms means nobody draws the short straw, and the split between the main house and the garden bungalows gives couples and families their own corners of the property.

A team of six looks after the estate daily: housekeeping, a gardener, security, and kitchen staff who will shop and cook on request.

The heart of the estate is the open-plan living and dining pavilion, which opens completely to the pool deck — teak floors, deep sofas, a home cinema setup, and a fully equipped kitchen behind a bar counter. Meals happen either at the long indoor dining table or outside in the shade of the gazebo.

The 15 x 4 m pool runs the length of the lawn, edged with reclining chairs and shaded umbrellas. At the far end, the yoga bale sits open on all sides beneath a high thatched roof — used for practice, for massage, or simply as somewhere to spend an afternoon out of the sun.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are upstairs in the main house, reached by a single staircase — bedroom 1 is the master, with a sofa lounge, canopy netting and an indoor-outdoor rain shower, and bi-folding glass opens two of the three onto a shared teak terrace looking over the garden and pool. Bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 are separate garden bungalows scattered around the lawn, each with its own en-suite, which gives couples and families travelling together real privacy from one another.

Four of the seven bedrooms — 3, 4, 5 and 7 — have two single beds that join into one king, so the villa reconfigures around your group: seven couples, or a mix of doubles and twin rooms for families with children. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 6 are fixed kings. All seven have air conditioning, generous wardrobe space, mosquito nets and a private veranda or terrace.
