Mannao Estate – 12-Bedroom Villa in Kerobokan, Bali

Mannao Estate is a private estate in Kerobokan made up of two adjoining compounds — Villa Mannao (eight bedrooms) and Little Mannao (four bedrooms) — twelve bedrooms in all. The architecture is classically Balinese: alang-alang thatch and Joglo-style roofs, weathered-wood furnishings paired with contemporary pieces, and grounds dressed with large tribal art and carved figures. It is built for the kind of trip you plan around — extended family, a big group of friends, or a destination celebration where everyone stays under one roof. Either compound can also be booked on its own.

Across the estate there are three swimming pools set into wide lawned gardens, so water is never far from wherever you are, with cushioned day-beds and shaded bales for long lunches, sundowners and barbecues. Three living areas and three dining areas give groups room to spread out or come together, and the estate’s in-house chef cooks from either of the two kitchens.

The twelve bedrooms sleep up to twenty-two adults: Villa Mannao’s master suite (with an adjoining children’s room) and six king bedrooms plus a children’s bunk room, alongside Little Mannao’s four king bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, several open to the sky — with separate rooms for children in Villa Mannao.

ACCESS

The whole estate is yours for your stay — both compounds, all eleven pavilions, the three pools and the gardens. Bedroom configurations (king, twin, bunk) can be set up before you arrive if you are travelling with children or want specific groupings.

SERVICE

A resident team looks after the estate: housekeepers, pool attendants, gardeners, security and a personal guest assistant, plus the in-house chef. Babysitters, drivers, laundry help and spa therapists are on call, and bike, scooter, car and boat rental can be arranged. Some of these extra services are charged separately — your guest assistant will set everything up.
