Living, dining and kitchen are enclosed and air-conditioned, with full-height glass doors opening onto the pool. The kitchen has a black-stone breakfast bar and is fully equipped. One bedroom opens straight onto the pool deck; the master sits upstairs with a four-poster bed, a dressing area and a balcony, and its bathroom has a double vanity, a bathtub and a rainfall shower. All three bedrooms have king-size beds and their own bathroom, plus a guest toilet downstairs. Smart TV, WiFi, a dedicated workspace and filtered shower water throughout, and a secure private garage for a car and motorbikes.

Fully furnished for up to six people and let monthly. Housekeeping twice a week, pool maintenance and garden maintenance are included; electricity is paid separately. Available from 7 December.

Berawa is one of the most walkable parts of Canggu. A bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket are a minute or two on foot, FINNS and Atlas Beach Club around eleven minutes' walk, and Berawa Beach about fourteen. Batu Bolong is a short ride away, and Ngurah Rai airport roughly 35 to 45 minutes by car.
