3BR Pet Friendly Villa with Two Antique Joglos & Large Pool in Berawa

Two antique Javanese Joglo houses, moved here and rebuilt around a large pool and a mature tropical garden. The carved timber columns, the pitched shingle ceilings and the old panelled doors are the real thing, not a reproduction, and they give this place a character that new Canggu villas do not have. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, in a quiet part of Berawa.

The main Joglo is open on three sides behind glass, so the living and dining area reads as one tall timber room looking straight out over the water: white sofas, a long table, chandeliers hung from the old roof structure. The kitchen is off to one side, fully equipped and separate. Bedrooms are in the second Joglo and along the garden wing: one with carved doors and a four-poster, one with built-in storage, and a third that comes with its own lounge area. Two of the bathrooms are open-air, walled in white brick and open to the sky. A covered veranda runs along the pool for the hours when it is too hot to be out in it.

Rental includes housekeeping four times a week, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi and a weekly linen and towel change are included. Three-month minimum, up to six residents, and pets are allowed.

Berawa puts the Canggu restaurants, gyms and beach clubs within a few minutes without putting them on your doorstep. Batu Bolong Beach is about 8 minutes by bike, Berawa Beach 9, Pererenan 9, and Ngurah Rai airport around 33 minutes by car. The owner keeps the exact street private until enquiry, so the map shows the area rather than the gate.
