The enclosed, air-conditioned living and dining room opens onto the garden on two sides, with a teak lounge set, a long dining table and a breakfast bar into the fully equipped enclosed kitchen. Both bedrooms are ensuite, with garden doors, wardrobes and a desk, and the bathrooms have built-in bathtubs and a rain shower. Outside: a terrace, a bale for dining, an outdoor shower, a storage room and closed parking for a car and two motorbikes. A fibre-optic internet line is ready; the subscription is arranged by the tenant.

Fully furnished for up to four people and let monthly or yearly.
