A 3-bedroom Mediterranean villa for monthly rent on the Umalas–Seminyak border, arranged over two floors around its own courtyard pool. White render, cream stone cladding, arched openings and timber slat ceilings run through it, and the ground floor curves — a rounded sofa against a stone feature wall, and a built-in sunken lounge sunk into the floor beside it.

Sliding doors run the length of the living and dining space, so the whole ground floor opens onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with a marble splashback, gas hob, oven and fridge, with a round dining table beside it, and the living room carries a 70-inch smart TV. The master is on the ground floor with its own bathroom, bathtub and shower, and opens straight onto the water; two more double bedrooms sit upstairs, each en-suite with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there is also an open-air sitting area under an arched doorway. The bathrooms are the consistent note — warm sandstone, long stone vanities, arched windows and rain showers.

Cleaning twice a week, pool and garden maintenance twice a week, weekly linen change, WiFi, waste disposal and the banjar fee are all included. Electricity and personal consumables are billed separately, daily housekeeping can be added at extra cost, and a security deposit of 10% of the rate applies.

The villa sits in a quiet lane on the Umalas side of the Seminyak border. Revolver Umalas is about 500 metres away and the rest of the Umalas café strip is within a few minutes; Batu Belig Beach is around five minutes by scooter, with Petitenget, Mano Beach House and Potato Head roughly seven, and the Canggu beach clubs about eight. Ngurah Rai Airport is about 35 minutes by car.
