Bingin and Padang Padang beaches sit about five minutes away — prime spots for surfing, swimming and sunsets — while Uluwatu Temple is roughly a 15-minute drive. Well-loved spots like Forno Bakery and Alchemy Uluwatu are close by. Ngurah Rai International Airport is around 12km (about 30–45 minutes), and the nearest beach is roughly 1.2km.

- Cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, with no fees, as long as your stay has not started.
- Cancel more than 90 days before arrival and receive an 80% refund of your villa payment, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancel 60–89 days before arrival and receive a 50% refund, less a USD 180 cancellation administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Any eligible refund will be processed within 7–14 days, with the exact timing depending on your bank.
