Ocean-view 5-bedroom villa with open-air lounge & large pool, Uluwatu
A five-bedroom villa for monthly rent on the Uluwatu ridge, built as two long pavilions in black steel with woven rattan ceilings, stacked so the upper floor looks clear over the treetops to the ocean. That upper level is the whole point: a covered lounge that folds open on two sides, timber deck chairs facing the water, and a horizon that runs from the coastline round to open sea. Below it a long pool sits behind a bamboo screen with a floating daybed on a timber platform at its centre.
The ground floor holds the kitchen and dining hall — a reclaimed teak table seating ten alongside a white marble island and a second marble run with an induction hob — opening straight onto the pool terrace. A separate enclosed TV lounge runs off it, low grey banquettes under kilim cushions. All five bedrooms are king-size and en-suite, finished in warm plaster with rattan ceilings, teak platform beds and draped mosquito nets; several open by sliding glass directly onto the pool deck or onto private ocean-facing balconies. The bathrooms are the surprise — each in its own glazed tile, green fish-scale, sea-green square, blush pink — with terrazzo vanities, walk-in rain showers and, in the main suite, a freestanding terrazzo tub set against a window onto the sea.
Fully furnished throughout, with air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs and private parking. From IDR 100,000,000 per month.
The pin sits inland of the cliff road, high enough for the view and quiet enough to live in. Thomas Beach is the closest at roughly 1.4 km; Uluwatu Temple and Suluban about 2 km, Padang Padang around 2.3 km and Bingin roughly 3.4 km. Dreamland and Balangan are 5 to 6 km along the ridge. Ngurah Rai Airport is about 15 km, so 30 to 35 minutes outside peak traffic.
Whether you have questions about move-in dates, want to arrange a viewing, or just want to know what living in this villa looks like — we're here. No pressure, no obligation.
