Buduk is a quiet farming village in Kecamatan Mengwi, inland and north-east of Canggu - the trade is space and quiet for a short ride to the coast. Tumbak Bayuh is about 2.9 km and Kaba-Kaba 4.5 km. Pererenan Beach is roughly 8 km, about 20 minutes on a scooter, with Echo Beach and Batu Bolong much the same and central Canggu 7.4 km. Tanah Lot and the Taman Ayun temple at Mengwi are each around 10 km. Ngurah Rai Airport is 20 km - 45 minutes to an hour by car, depending on traffic.
