Warm marble floors, cove-lit ceilings and teak furniture run through the house, and the private pool sits on a teak deck behind a sculpted garden wall, with a lawn and stepping-stone paths planted thick with banana palms and red cordylines.

The ground floor is one enclosed, air-conditioned space: a living room with sliding glass doors onto the pool, a dining table for six facing the garden, and a timber kitchen with a marble island, built-in oven and a double-door fridge. A lit stone staircase leads up to the three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a glass walk-in rain shower, plus an upstairs sitting nook and a laundry with washing machine.

Housekeeping once a week, the gardener and pool cleaning twice a week, WiFi, the banjar fee and rubbish collection are all included. Electricity is paid separately. The villa is fully furnished.

Padonan is the quieter residential side of North Canggu, between Berawa and Batu Bolong. Pererenan Beach is about thirteen minutes by scooter, the cafés of Batu Bolong and Berawa are close by, and Ngurah Rai airport is roughly 45–50 minutes by car.
