A three-bedroom tropical villa on the Bukit above Ungasan, looking out over the ocean and Jimbaran Bay. Modern timber-and-plaster build over two floors, with a private pool and sun deck on one side and a fully enclosed, air-conditioned living area on the other — which on this part of the island, where the wind comes off the cliffs, is the difference between a villa you can use year-round and one you can't.

The living, dining and kitchen sit together downstairs behind glass, air-conditioned throughout, with a full kitchen including stove and oven and an unlimited drinking-water system plumbed in. The master is the standout: a four-poster canopy bed in dark timber, a built-in desk and dressing table, fitted wardrobes with lit shelving, and an en-suite with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own desk and a balcony; the third is set up with two single beds. Three bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, a dedicated workspace, smart lock and CCTV outside, and parking for a car as well as bikes.

Fully furnished and let monthly. Housekeeping twice a week and pool and garden maintenance are included; electricity, laundry and linen change, cooking gas, drinking water and consumables are billed separately. Sleeps six.

Ungasan is the quiet, high side of the Bukit — residential rather than resort, with the coast a few minutes down the hill in several directions. Melasti Beach is around nine minutes, Sundays Beach Club and Savaya are a similar distance, and Dreamland is about fifteen. Nourish and Tarabelle are both close enough to walk. Ngurah Rai airport is roughly twenty minutes by car — far nearer than anywhere in Canggu.
