The enclosed, air-conditioned living room opens through tall timber-framed glass doors to the garden, with a sofa, TV and writing desk. The kitchen has a gas hob, a fridge and a teak table with stools, and a separate dining area sits under the timber roof beside a terracotta breeze-block screen. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and garden views, and there are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in rain shower. The villa sits on a 200 m² plot.

Fully furnished. Weekly house cleaning with linen change, linen laundry, pool cleaning twice a week, WiFi and garbage collection are included; electricity is paid separately. Ask us about the minimum term and when the villa is free.
