A 3-bedroom Balinese villa for monthly rent in Batu Belig, Seminyak, a three-minute walk from the beach, with its own walled garden and lap pool. The house sits inside a small managed property, a private gated path in from the street, private garden and pool, with reception, housekeeping and maintenance on site. There are two separate lounges, and teak joinery, carved headboard panels and timber louvre shutters run all the way through it.

It is arranged over two floors. Downstairs, a large lounge opens onto the lawn and the pool through full-height timber-framed glass, with the staircase and the kitchen off it; the kitchen is fully fitted with black granite counters, gas hob, extractor, microwave and fridge, and the dining room takes garden light on two sides. Upstairs there is a second lounge and a balcony screened with timber louvres. All three bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned, two with king beds, the third with twin beds, and two of the bathrooms have deep set-in bathtubs, one of them open to a small planted courtyard.

Housekeeping twice a week, weekly linen and towel replacement, pool maintenance and 50 Mbps WiFi are included; electricity and consumables are billed separately, and daily housekeeping can be arranged. Private check-in, car parking on site and motorbike parking. Pets are not allowed.

Batu Belig Beach is roughly 200 metres away, a three-minute walk to the sand and the beach restaurants along it. Petitenget and Seminyak sit a few minutes south, Berawa a few minutes north, and Ngurah Rai Airport is roughly 30 minutes by car. Nothing is under construction next door.
