Two things to know before you view. The villa is one unit in a row of near-identical houses, not a standalone, and the owner is upfront that there is building work going on nearby that makes noise — worth timing a viewing to hear it for yourself. Lima Beach is about 300 metres away, three minutes on foot, with the Pererenan and Canggu cafe strip a five to fifteen minute drive.
