3BR Spacious 700m² Villa with Garden & Private Pool in Kesiman, Sanur
3-Bedroom Private Pool Villa with 700 m² Garden in Kesiman — 10 min to Sanur Beach
At a glance.
About this villa.
A 3-bedroom private pool villa for monthly rent in Kesiman, 10 minutes from Sanur Beach — 420 sqm of living space across two storeys, set on a 700 sqm garden that gives the property a sense of scale and privacy rarely found at this price point. Three-times-weekly housekeeping, weekly pool and garden care, water, and high-speed fibre internet are all included.
The garden is the first argument for this property. A long private pool sits within a lush tropical garden large enough to feel like a proper outdoor living space — not just a strip of grass beside the water. Inside, the two-storey open-plan layout is generous and well-proportioned, with high ceilings, a modern Western kitchen with island seating, a dedicated workspace, and a bathtub in the master bathroom. Each of the three en-suite bedrooms has garden views and its own quiet character.
Sanur is the right base for those who want a calmer, more residential Bali — walkable to the beach, close to international supermarkets and schools, and 50 minutes to the airport. With 420 sqm, a 700 sqm garden, and housekeeping included, it's one of the more honest value propositions in WBV's long-term portfolio.
