2-Bedroom Rice-Field Villa with Private Pool & Sunset Views — Ubud
A 2-bedroom rice-field villa for monthly or yearly rent in quiet south Ubud — a private pool set right at the edge of the paddies, sunset views from both en-suite bedrooms, and an enclosed kitchen-living-dining that keeps the heat out while the rice stays in view. It reads as a green retreat rather than a rental from the moment you come through the entrance gate.
The kitchen, living and dining sit together in one enclosed, air-conditioned room that seats six, with a Nespresso machine and a semi-open lounge cooled by ceiling fans for slower afternoons. Both bedrooms are en-suite and face the paddies; one bathroom keeps an arched stone niche, another a walk-in shower. A poolside bale and a bougainvillea-framed entrance round it out.
Twice-weekly cleaning, weekly linen changes, gardener, pool maintenance and garbage collection are all included; electricity and consumables are separate. From IDR 40 million per month in low season (IDR 50 million in July, August and December), or IDR 450 million per year. One-month minimum stay.
South Ubud stays quiet but connected — Tegenungan Waterfall and Bali Zoo are about five minutes away, central Ubud around twenty, and Ngurah Rai airport roughly 75 minutes by car.
Whether you have questions about move-in dates, want to arrange a viewing, or just want to know what living in this villa looks like — we're here. No pressure, no obligation.
