Welcome to Wonderful Bali Villas (“WBV”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By confirming a reservation with WBV, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Role of Wonderful Bali Villas
WBV acts as the property manager and contracting party for the villas listed on this website.
We manage bookings, payments, guest communication, and operational coordination on behalf of property owners.
2. Booking & Payment
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
The remaining balance is payable on check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WBV holds guest payments and disburses funds to property owners at the time of check-in.
A booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Check-In & Check-Out
Unless otherwise specified:
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
5. Use of Property
Bookings are accepted for private holiday use only.
Events, parties, commercial activities, or gatherings exceeding the confirmed number of guests are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by WBV prior to arrival.
WBV reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in case of serious violation of house rules.
6. Number of Guests
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation.
Unapproved additional guests may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
7. Damage & Security
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay.
Any damage, excessive cleaning requirement, or loss caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
Guests must ensure that doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
WBV and property owners are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Access During Stay
Property staff may require reasonable access during your stay for maintenance, security, or service purposes.
We will always aim to respect guest privacy while ensuring the proper operation of the villa.
9. Complaints
If any issue arises during your stay, it must be reported to WBV immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly.
Complaints not raised during the stay may limit our ability to provide a remedy.
10. Force Majeure
WBV shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, airport disruptions, travel restrictions, or infrastructure failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBV’s liability shall not exceed the total rental amount paid.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
