Four sun loungers line the deck for lazy afternoons in the sun, while the shaded poolside sala offers a cool retreat when you need to escape the heat. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower beside the garden, then gather around the al fresco dining table as the evening light fades through the palms.

The living area at Villa Bali Maja is defined by its soaring lumbung-style thatched ceiling – a traditional Indonesian architectural form that transforms the space into something genuinely spectacular. Curated Balinese artwork lines the walls, the oversized sofa invites long lazy afternoons, and the 60-inch Smart TV with international channels handles movie nights. Set the mood with the Sonos sound system, whether it’s a sunset session by the pool or a relaxed evening in. Folding doors open the living room directly to the pool, merging indoor comfort with outdoor Bali living.

Villa Bali Maja sleeps up to 8 across three ensuite bedrooms and a private upper lounge.
The ground floor master bedroom features a Super King bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and direct garden access – calm, private, and beautifully appointed.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have Super King beds and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. One upper bedroom also includes a fixed single bed – ideal for a child or solo traveller joining the group.
The upper lounge is a flexible additional sleeping space – not a formal bedroom, but a comfortable Super King with air conditioning and access to the adjoining upstairs bathroom. Best suited to older kids, teenagers, or easy-going guests who are happy sharing bathroom facilities with the neighbouring bedroom. We want to be upfront about this so everyone arrives with the right expectations and leaves happy.

Every ensuite bathroom at Villa Bali Maja has a full-size bathtub – a rare detail at this price point in Seminyak. Walk-in showers, premium linens, and thoughtful finishing complete the picture. A separate guest toilet is available on the ground floor for day use.
